My birthday is coming up! June 11 =]]I'll be 17, and hopefully I'll be able to post more artwork this year.
I've also recently read about this girl named Sylvia Likens. Her foster ''mom'' tortured and murdered her back in 1965. All of Gertrude's (that's the foster mom) kids and kids around the neighborhood helped out with this.
I just can't stop thinking about it, it's so sad. And it made me more aware of child abuse & torture.
Rest In Peace Sylvia, you will ALWAYS have a place in my heart <3

lol, besides being your birthday, today was also the day of my dad's retirement ceremony. His official retirement date is September 30th, and then he's officially a civilian for thefirst time in twenty-eight years
